Terms of Service

1. The service
Tessolo (“the Service”) is a landing page builder and hosting platform for marketing teams. You can create sites, edit pages, manage content and forms, and publish to a subdomain we provide or to your own domain. We keep improving the Service; individual features may change or be retired, and we'll give advance notice of material changes.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Signing up requires a valid email address. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. Workspaces are created by an owner, who can invite members and assign roles; members' actions count as the workspace's actions. Don't share accounts, impersonate others or bypass access controls.
3. Subscriptions and payments
The Free plan has no time limit and comes with feature and quota limits. Paid plans are per workspace, billed in USD through Stripe, prepaid monthly or annually and renewed automatically. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; the plan stays active until the end of the current period and then returns to Free. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next billing period.
4. Your content
Pages, text, images, form data and other content you create or upload remain yours. You grant us the non-exclusive licence needed to run the Service (store, cache, transmit, render). You must hold the rights to the content you use and you act as data controller for data your visitors submit through your forms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, phishing, malware, pornographic or hateful content, nor to spam forms, scrape or attack the Service. We may take violating sites offline, restrict or terminate accounts, and cooperate with investigations where required by law.
6. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the Service reliable but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Please export important data regularly.
7. Termination
You can delete workspaces or your account at any time; deleted data can't be recovered. We may suspend or terminate the Service if you seriously breach these terms. Provisions on liability limits and dispute resolution survive termination.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are communicated by email or in-app notice, and continued use means acceptance.
