Take bookings
Let visitors book a time slot with a Tessolo form — no third-party scheduler: set availability, add the Pick a time field, and manage bookings.
Add a Pick a time field to a form and visitors choose from the times you're free. Each booking lands in your submissions like any other entry, with the notification email, the auto-reply and the CSV export all working exactly as they already do.
There's no separate bookings inbox to learn: a booking is a form submission that has a time on it.
Set it up
Say when you're free
Forms → pick the form → Form settings → Bookable times. Turn it on, then set the days, the hours, how long each slot is, and how many people you can take per slot.
A preview line under the settings shows the first two slots your numbers produce — a quick sanity check that "30 minutes" means what you think it does.
Add the field to the form
In the editor, drag Pick a time into the same form. Visitors pick a day, then a time. Only days that still have space appear in the list.

Publish, then book one yourself
Submitting your own booking is the fastest way to confirm the times look right in your time zone.
What visitors see
Times are shown in the time zone you set, not theirs — "Thursday 2pm" means 2pm where you are. Slots that fill up disappear from the list, and slots that have already passed are never offered.
What you get
The submission records the time as plain text (2026-09-20 14:00), so it reads correctly
in the notification email, in the CSV, and in anything you push to Slack or Zapier.
Deleting a submission frees the slot immediately — that's what deleting it means.
Things worth knowing
- Two people can't take the last seat. The slot is claimed atomically at submit time. Whoever is second gets "that time was just taken" and picks another, with nothing half-saved.
- The time zone matters. Set it once in Form settings; it defaults to your computer's. Daylight saving is handled — a 2pm slot stays 2pm across the switch.
- Bookable times are per form. A consultation form and a viewing form on the same site can have completely different hours.
- This is not a calendar sync. Bookings don't appear in Google Calendar, and your existing calendar doesn't block slots here. If you need that, export the CSV or push bookings to Zapier with a webhook.
